Thul Lodar is the capital city of Yne, a kingdom in Norlaria.
Summary
Thul Lodar is a city buried in the mountains of Yne. The few sources of natural light can only be found in the top layer of this excavated city as the levels continue down into the mountain, the main entry exists on the first layer out of five
